4. MOBILE NOTARY SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Mobile Notary Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which WVC Notary Services, LLC (“Notary”) provides notarial services to the client (“Client”).
1. Services Provided
The Notary agrees to provide:
- Mobile notary services at a location designated by the Client
- Verification of identity
- Execution of notarial acts permitted by state law
The Notary is not responsible for:
- The legal validity of documents
- Providing legal advice
- Completing documents other than the notarial section
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide valid government-issued identification
- Ensure all documents are complete prior to notarization
- Have all signers present
- Ensure willingness and capacity to sign
- Pay all agreed fees, including travel and waiting charges
3. Fees & Payment
